Please read and familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions below.

  • All bookings must be paid in advance. The booking is not confirmed until payment is received

  • By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions

  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided. This may go into your spam / junk folder. It is the client’s responsibility to check and to ensure the details of the booking are correct

  • When making an online booking, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they select and book the correct class day, time and venue. Any refunds given for incorrect bookings will be minus the booking fee.

  • Payment for training courses are for the specified number of weeks. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend any of the classes.

  • Your place on a group training course is not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • There is a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ following your booking should you change your mind and request a refund. Refund requests must be made by email. No refunds will be given after the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period. Any refund given will be minus the relevant booking fee (detailed at time of booking)

  • No refunds will be given once the course has commenced, even if this falls within the above mentioned 14 day period.

  • Insufficient numbers booked on to any group course may result in the course been postponed or cancelled. You will be notified of future class dates or alternative training options. If these are not suitable and the course you booked does not go ahead, you will be offered a refund.

  • All dogs attending classes must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their boosters. Puppies can attend indoor classes after their first vaccination if approved by your vet.

  • Please do not bring your dog to classes if they are showing signs of being unwell and / or have any symptoms of an infectious disease (e.g. kennel cough, conjunctivitis). If you are unsure of the cause of your dog’s symptoms then you must consult a vet and get authorisation from them that your dog is fit to attend group classes. Please contact your instructor as soon as possible if your dog becomes unwell prior to a class. 

  • Please do not bring your dog to class if she is in season. Please contact your instructor as soon as possible if your dog comes into season during the course

  • Please clean up after your dog in and around the training venue. There are no poo bins at our outdoor training venue so please bag and take any dog waste home with you. 

  • Do not let your dog off lead, or drop your dog’s lead unless specifically requested otherwise by your instructor. You are responsible for keeping your dog under proper control at all times. 

  • Our outdoor training venue is used for agility and therefore there may be some equipment at the side of the field. Do not put your dog on any of the equipment unless specifically instructed to by your trainer. 

  • Dog training is a physical activity so please wear appropriate clothing (particularly for our outdoor classes) and sensible footwear with a good grip. 

  • In order to ensure the safety of dogs and handlers, outdoor classes will not run in weather that would make the training difficult or unsafe. In such instances you will be contacted and the class will be re-arranged. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. 

  • You are welcome to take photographs / videos of yourself and your own dog. You are not permitted to take photographs / videos of other handlers without prior permission from the individuals. 

  • These are group classes therefore your dog must be comfortable in the presence of other dogs and people. You must not knowingly book a dog onto a group course which shows signs of aggression, excessive frustration or excessive nervousness. If you are in any doubt whether your dog is suitable for group classes, please contact us prior to booking a place.

  • We reserve the right to excuse any dog that is not coping in a group class. If your dog struggles to cope in the group setting, you will be offered an alternative training option. This is discussed on an individual basis. If you did not make prior contact with us to assess your dog’s suitability for group classes, and your dog does not cope in a group setting, no refund will be given.

  • Please be respectful of other people and dog’s space. Not all dogs are comfortable meeting on a lead and this can result in undue stress

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Any children attending classes must behave appropriately with no running, shouting or approaching other dogs

  • We may occasionally take videos and /or photographs in class for promotional and marketing purposes. You will be asked at the time of booking if you consent to the use of such pictures / videos being used. No image or video will be used without your prior permission.
